Terms & Conditions for $700 Gift Voucher Promotion:

Open to Australian residents over 18 years of age.

Prizes include gift vouchers to the value of $700.00, reduced price photography sessions & complimentary photography sessions.

A security deposit is required when making an appointment to proceed with a booking, that can also go towards an order placed on the day of the photography session.

Winners will be notified by email and or phone.

The prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash and cannot be used to put towards an existing order.

Limit 1 gift voucher per session.

Limit 1 gift voucher per family.

Limit 1 gift voucher per person for any 6 months period.

Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or other gift voucher.

The entrant is responsible for ensuring that consent is obtained from any person appearing in the Entrant's photo prior to sharing it on any social media channel, and that the person appearing in the photo understands how the photo may be used under these terms. In circumstances where any other person appearing in the entry is a minor, it is the Entrant's responsibility to ensure that it is appropriate and consent is obtained from the parents or guardian of the minor. Where consent cannot be obtained, the entrant must de-identify the person prior to uploading the photo.

Entries must be the original independent creation of the Entrant and must not have been copied from anywhere and must not violate the rights of any other person or entity.

The Promoter may copy, reproduce, publish, display, alter, or distort the Content, and use it for any purpose, (including without limitation, any future promotions or campaigns involving the Promoter) at any time in the future, and via any media.

Entrants must be willing to have their name and state published on the Promoter's social media channels or website.
